The artisanal dolls and jewelry are made one of a kind, it will also state one of a kind in the description box of the product.

How long does it take for shipping?
Answer:
Once your credit card payment is approved, I will ship the product 3 to 5 business days.
All products are shipped through USPS followed with a tracking number.
Question:
Can I cancel my order?
Answer:
Yes, cancellations must be made 24 hours of original order. If you made a payment on your credit card I will return the money back into your credit card account. Please send me an email at: info@shopvolta.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love what you've ordered from ShopVolta. We only accept returns or exchange for jewelry and enamel pins accompanied by the original invoice.
*The artisanal dolls and art work cannot be returned.
*Please note that all sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted as long as items are sent back to us within ten days of the original purchase. Simply place the unworn item in the original box with the original invoice clearly marked with reason for return.
Requests for returns or exchanges beyond 10 days will not be accepted, and the package will be returned to the sender.

Allow 7-10 days for the new merchandise to arrive. If there is a difference due to the customer, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the account to be credited. If there is a difference due to Shop Volta, I will request authorization from you via email before your card is charged. Upon receipt of authorization, the charge will be posted to your account within 24 hours.
Allow 7-10 days for returned items to get to us and for processing of a full refund.
Allow 7-10 business days for your account to be credited for the full amount charged. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the amount credited to your account by Guerilla Soul/ Sarah Djarnie.
Adjustments:
Shop Volta does not give any adjustments of any kind. Items go on sale based on Sell Thru. Refunds will not be given on any purchases made prior to an item going on sale.

Domestic shipping rates are determined by weight and chosen time of delivery.
